Acolyte Rodger Steven was one of the first Skytopians to join the Earthen Order. By the time of the Hidden War, he was serving as an aide to the Order's senior members, most notably Reverend Standfast. Prior to joining the Order, Steven had some experience as a navigator. He resumed this role during the Hidden War when he was assigned to the crew of the Bull Runner as a part of the relief force traveling to the Barrens.
