The Butterfly XT by Duncan is a yo-yo first released in 2012 as part of the Hardcore series. It is a remake of the original Butterfly. This yo-yo features a take-apart design with a large C-bearing, but instead of response pads or O-rings like most ball bearing yo-yos, it uses a traditional starburst response system. The XT also features the same type of modular side cap system as the FH Zero, allowing the user to modify the look of his yo-yo with caps from most other models in the Hardcore series. The Butterfly XT can also be equipped with SG Sticker Mod Spacers and the KonKave bearing included with them, stepping up the yo-yo's performance for unresponsive play. It was also released in Asian countries as the Pro-X.
