Elephant Elephant ELEPHANT Elephant Elephant Elephant Elephant Elephant
rdfs:comment
It is possible that the game designers originally planned to use a camel at first, seeing that the creature was in the level's title. In 2369, Captain Edward Jellico's son gave him a drawing of what Jellico believed to be an elephant. He showed this drawing to Deanna Troi, who agreed with his assessment. (TNG: "Chain of Command, Part I" ) There were plans for an elephant to appear in "Shore Leave" , but the plans never materialized. [1] Elephant est un film américain réalisé par Gus Van Sant en 2003. The African elephant inhabits the hottest, driest, Africa-est parts of Africa, where it spends the majority of its time stomping around, fighting other elephants, people and the haunting feeling that its life peaked back in college when it played wide receiver and helped the team win the Big Game. The Asian elephant broke away from its African family after a heated confrontation involving its Catholic parents and a Jewish fiancé and moved to India to "discover itself". Elephants are a kind of species that appear in the Bear Bowl. __TOC__ Elephant was a female member of the private military company Militaires Sans Frontières. A fight between deputy commander Kazuhira Miller and commander Big Boss broke out in Mother Base's sauna due to the former's womanizing nature with two female members of MSF which resulted in one of the female soldiers' boyfriend to be hospitalized after witnessing it. After reprimanding Miller for setting a very bad example with his behavior, Big Boss then accused him of sleeping with Elephant and Dolphin. Miller denied this, which resulted in the fight escalating. Paz Ortega Andrade witnessed the fight and recorded the event in her diary tapes. The hexadecimal code that matches this color is AFA395 Although powerful, wild elephants cannot attack, so your units are safe around them. If you capture one and have the Horseback Riding technology you can train captured elephants as war elephants which are able to attack and become powerful early units. So once captured, elephants can be upgraded to War Elephants. In an African jungle, one elephant was exposed to Shamonite which transformed it into a giant. When Wonder Dog was exposed to Shamonite, he grew to the size of an elephant. Marvin and Wendy was riding on him, and Marvin made the comment that it made him feel like he was a maharajah. The Elephant is a special agent for 300 MM. It can stop on bloons, popping them by 5 layers, and attacks once per 2 seconds. [[w:|]][[Category: derivations|Elephant]] oliphant, from [[w:|]][[Category: derivations|Elephant]] elephantus, from [[w:|]][[Category: derivations|Elephant]] ἐλέφας (elephas), “‘ivory, elephant’”). The Elephants are a political party in the city of Volantis. They are the party of the merchants and moneylenders, advocating trade. Some of the first elephants were women. When the Elephants came to power, their followers went on a rampage, knocking the heads from the statues of those they blamed for all the wars and deaths. The Elephant Party has held power for the last three hundred years, during which at least two of the three triarchs in power have been Elephants. Elephants are one of the harmless creatures who live on Donkey Kong Island in Donkey Kong Country Returns. They are one of the animals in the game who are controlled by Kalimba. The Elephant is used by the character C.T. and his men during Recreation. Elephants are the largest living land mammals. They are massive herbivores with grey skin, long trunks, with which to feed, drink and breathe, and sharp tusks, with which to fight and strip bark from trees. The African species has larger ears, while the Indian species has the smaller ears. Both live in grasslands and in jungles and are very social animals, living in herds led by a mature female called a matriarch. Both species are endangered because of hunting. Elephants appear in The Mummy: Secrets of the Medjai. Elephants are mammals, and on Earth they range to a size of around 13 feet, the same size as an ordinary giant. However, on Narnia they were said to be a little smaller than their Earth counterparts, yet were capable of great intelligence. Males are called Bulls, females are called Cows, and their young are called Calfs, and are generally a dark grey colour. They can also use their trunks to whack or grab their enemies, and make a trumpeting noise. The Elephant are one of the enemies that make an appearance in Wario World. They appear in areas that are know as Spooktastic World- Wonky Circus. Elephants have a picnic mat on them. They show bored eyes. A rider is always riding on them. Elephants try to attack Wario by ramming into him. This attack can flatten Wario. Elephants take three hits to stun. Wario can then grab them and use a powerful move to defeat them. The Elephant's rider is as weak as a Magon. He can be defeated in a punch. Elephants do not appear often in Wonky Circus. Elephants are herbivorous and can be found in different habitats including savannahs, forests, deserts and marshes. They prefer to stay near water. They are considered to be keystone species due to their impact on their environments. Other animals tend to keep their distance where predators such as lions, tigers, hyenas, and wild dogs usually target only the young elephants (or "calves"). Females ("cows") tend to live in family groups, which can consist of one female with her calves or several related females with offspring. The groups are led by an individual known as the matriarch, often the oldest cow. Elephants have a fission–fusion society in which multiple family groups come together to socialise. Males ("bulls") leave their family groups when they reach puberty, and may live alone o An Elephant is one of the pets in LEGO Universe. It can be tamed in a secluded area of Gnarled Forest after learning Pet Taming from Coalessa. A bag of peanuts is required in order to tame them. For a long time, tales about such creatures have been discarded as unbelievable stories of people who went mad or had feverish dreams. The Elephant has two enormous, if not absurdly long, teeth that could hint at a vampiric nature. The tentacle that it owns instead of a nose probably functions like a leech. However, the life-draining abilities of the Elephant must still be confirmed yet. Even without those rumoured powers, these beasts are aggressive against any intruders and their sheer size and strength is enough to crush any humanoid with ease. There are reports that the creature is becoming even more dangerous if it is enraged. The large teeth are valuable to craftsmen and alchemists but they are hard to obtain since those creatures' strength makes it very difficult to kill them. Also those teeth break easily in combat and become that way useless.

A elephant is a large four-legged animal, often used as a riding animal by humans. The elephant was originally developed on Earth. The elephant lives both in Africa and India. (SG1: "In the Line of Duty") The ancient human General Hannibal lead a force which included war elephants over the Alps into northern Italy. His forces were defeated but not before taking over two thirds of the Roman territory and forcing Rome to muster every able bodied soldier they had against him. (TOS comic: "No Time Like the Past" and DS9 novel: Antimatter) When Harry Mudd's wish-fulfilling artifact known as the Nanny brought the USS Enterprise crew to his planet in 2286, the artifact started granting wishes of various crewmembers. Pavel Chekov accidentally wished up an elephant. (TOS comic: "Mudd's Magic!") In 2293, Hikaru Sulu explained to anyone interested in carving that elephants produced ivory. (TOS novel: The Fearful Summons) By 2294, James T. Kirk thought of himself as a white elephant. (TOS novel: The Fearful Summons) An old human joke ended with the line, "We can't kill a whole elephant for just one steak." In 2296, David Rabin paraphrased this line while he and Spock were stranded in the desert of Obsidian, instead referring to a boktarik, a native reptile. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Forge) In 2369, Captain Edward Jellico's young son sent him a drawing of an elephant, which he showed to Counselor Deanna Troi, shortly after he took temporary command of the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG episode: "Chain of Command") By the 21st Century CE, all species and genera of the genus Elephantidae except for three were extinct: the surviving ones were the African Bush Elephant, the African Forest Elephant and the Asian Elephant (also known as the Indian Elephant). White cow elephants and fertilized white elephant ova were brought from Earth by the colonists who founded the Kingdom of Chuiban on the planet Silvestria. (HHA2.5: DLS) The elephant is a reoccuring theme in Jmtb02's games. Elephant is a suffix that can appear on Magic Items. It provides a bonus to both Life and Mana based on character level. It doesn't start spawning on items until Item Level 37. "The elephant is the largest animal on Earth, eating around 375 pounds of vegetation a day. They are not at all opposed to adding some candy to their diet of leaves and grass, though too many sweets are bad even for them."Elephant Map File:Elephant map.png You can have a family of 4 elephants at your Zoo.Buying and Breeding Elephants The first male and female elephants are brought to your Zoo by helicopter when you buy them. Elephants would have appeared in Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, but were never put into the final copy of the game. It is assumed that one would have appeared in Jungle Rumble along with the Rhinos to pursue Crash. An unfinished model of an elephant is still present in the data of the game and it's missing its eyes. Elephant is a animal character The Elephants are a political party in the city of Volantis. They are the party of the merchants and moneylenders, advocating trade. Some of the first elephants were women. When the Elephants came to power, their followers went on a rampage, knocking the heads from the statues of those they blamed for all the wars and deaths. There are eleven elephant villagers so far. Strangely, out of all the elephants, only Tucker has tusks. All of the elephants appear to be Asian because of their small ears and no tusks, except Tucker who resembles a woolly mammoth. All elephants except Axel and Chai have normal, snooty, and lazy personalities. Elephants are gentle giants who appreciate the joy of life. They represent the higher self. Elephants are large (usually larger than a horse), gray creatures with a trunk and large ears (although some species may have smaller ears), similar to Elekks (which appear to have more and larger horns). They exist in the Emerald Dream and Azeroth as well. Riders of elephants sit in a seat or box known as a "howdah". They can be summoned by druids as nature's allies. Larger elephant species or elephant-like species include, mammoths, elekks, and ancient behemoths. Elephants are a common sight in the Kyrat, mostly near water areas. They will be neutral to the player unless attacked or provoked. They are rideable if Ajay Ghale learns how to ride one by unlocking it in the ability section. The player can ride elephants over both land and water. Elephants are very tough, and can withstand 50 AK-47 rounds to the torso at close range before falling. Should a gunfight occur close to an elephant, it will rush towards enemies (not the player unless attacked), and will attack them. The elephant's attack will one-hit kill any enemy, throwing them into the air. Should enemies be in a vehicle, it will attack it, usually getting it upside down and attacking it until it explodes. Its strengths are the elephant's high attack damage, and their rather fast movement. However, they are weak to explosives, and may also be struck down by cars or boats. Killing an elephant will reduce the players Karma by 50 points. Since unlocking an animal's entry in King Min's Kyrat requires skinning a dead one, the player may avoid the Karma hit by skinning one killed by someone else. It's also possible to avoid this penalty by killing the elephant while mounting it; if the player has the .700 Nitro, he/she can quickly look down and shoot the elephant in the head before the elephant ducks. This will kill the elephant in one hit. The only crafting upgrade that requires an elephant skin is the final explosives bag, specifically one named Thick Skin that the player hunts in the Kyrat Fashion Week quest issued in Rajgad Gulag. Elephants are mostly found near water when the player rides the elephant if the player pushes the R3 button on Ps3/4 only another elephant nearby follows the elephant the player is riding on. [1] The Elephant is an animal exclusive to the LEGO Adventurers line. It was made in two colors, grey and light grey. They appear in the 2003 sets 7414 Elephant Caravan and 7418 Scorpion Palace. They can be ridden in LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, and LEGO Batman: The Videogame. [source?] Elephants are herbivorous and can be found in different habitats including savannahs, forests, deserts and marshes. Males ("bulls") leave their family groups when they reach puberty, and may live alone or with other males. Adult bulls mostly interact with family groups when looking for a mate and enter a state of increased testosterone and aggression known as musth, which helps them gain dominance and reproductive success. Calves are the centre of attention in their family groups and rely on their mothers for as long as three years. Elephants can live up to 70 years in the wild. They communicate by touch, sight, smell and sound; elephants use infrasound, and seismic communication over long distances. Elephant intelligence has been compared with that of primates and cetaceans. They appear to have self-awareness and show empathy for dying or dead individuals of their kind. African elephants are listed as vulnerable by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), while the Asian elephant is classed as endangered. One of the biggest threats to elephant populations is the ivory trade, as the animals are poached for their ivory tusks. Other threats to wild elephants include habitat destruction and conflicts with local people. Elephants are used as working animals in Asia. In the past they were used in war; today, they are often controversially put on display in zoos, or exploited for entertainment in circuses. Elephants are highly recognisable and have been featured in art, folklore, religion, literature and popular culture. Elephants were enormous plant-eating animals known for their prehensile trunks. In some lands, they were used as beasts of burden or mounts. __NOEDITSECTION__ __NOWYSIWYG__ Elephants have appeared sparingly in Sonic the Comic and Sonic the Comic Online: * Ekkletos is the spiritual leader of the Tantaror and appears to take on the appearance of a stylised elephant. * Cedric the Elephant is a possible member of the Freedom Fighters. Complete Story "The Elephant in the Room" suggested that the hero was behind most of Sonic the Hedgehog's biggest decisions but isn't acknowledged by the people of Mobius. * Dunzi is the leader of the Household Keepers. Elephants were minor enemies Sly Cooper and the gang encountered in India. They served many purposes; they would patrol the area, power satellites by pushing a lever and were even Rajan's prize specimens. The Elephant is a huntable animal and source of food in Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, Age of Empires II HD: The African Kingdoms, and Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties. Elephant was a female member of the private military company Militaires Sans Frontières. Their tusks were made of ivory. (COMIC: Witch Hunt) Elephants (elle-EE-Faaaant) are large creatures that live in San Diego, Africa, Mexico, Asia, and India They are, in fact, larger than the moon [1]. They have thick grey skin and ivory tusks laden in precious South African diamonds. They are the second largest living land mammal behind the Yeti, which may or may not be true (aka Big Foot). The elephants once faced the threat of extinction. Even though they never were extinct wow this is pointless. Ironically, this was a result of efforts by environmentalists and other liberals to "protect" these noble beasts. In the last six months, a tremendous comeback has been made, largely because of George W. Bush's efforts to encourage elephants to "pull themselves up by their bootstraps." The African elephant population has tripled in the past 6 months - but environmentalists will not have you believe this. However, truthiness and wikiality activist Stephen Colbert has shown that the elephant population has actually tripled. Growth in elephant population was achieved thanks to Colbert fathering over 1,000 elephant pups. It is unknown how this was accomplished, but it seems likely that a special, as-yet unannounced elephant version of his popular Formula 402 was involved. For someone new to the business of elephant relations, it will be initially only possible to tell which continent an elephant is from by listening for an accent or telltale stereotype mannerisms. As one gains experience, he or she will find that, in fact, they are all quite different. While the Asian and Indian elephants are strictly herbivores, its African relative is a beastly killer who feasts on the weaker African creatures. The American elephant is a different beast entirely, and is actually much more exciting and special than a regular elephant is. COLBERT PWNED THE ELEPHANT ON WHEEELLLSSS. [Elephants are a type of mutant spiders that came from the sun. Elephants are beautiful animals and are also intelligent though they aren't intelligent enough to run a Superpower like the USA. Elephants are where ivory comes from. Harvesting ivory is extremely cruel and unnecessary, making this animal a fitting mascot for Republicans. Elephants also get enraged easily and will trample anything in their way when enraged. Elephants are large Mammals. There are Asian elephants, and the African elephants. Elephants don't have any natural predators due to their size and they are very deadly. Only the old, sick, young, or badly injured are predated. Elephants have thick hide like hippopotamuses and rhinoceroses. African Elephants average 11 ft in height and 12,000 pounds and Asian Elephants typically reach 9 ft in height and 6,000 pounds. Elephants are proven to be incredibly intelligent and also cause many deaths in Africa and Asia. Rarely, elephants will plan raids on villages together and steal and eat as much crops as they can. Elephants are much faster than the average human. Elephants will often do warning charges before doing the actual charge in attempt to kill their target. Elephants have effective ways of defence such as tight herd formations. Therefore predators go after elephants with vulnerabilities (Sickness, bad injury, young, old, etc...) at night since elephants are blind at night and they will be unable to see and effectively repel the predators. Unfortunately, the tusks on the elephant are extremely valuable in the black market. Poachers will use incredibly powerful, high-caliber rifles that are commonly called "elephant guns" which are powerful enough to kill a large elephant in a single shot to the head and other very vital parts. Most elephant species are in need of an action to be taken upon in defence of these epic creatures to prevent from becoming endangered or critically endangered. Back then there were war elephants that were used to smash through enemy formations and due to size and thick hide, they were impervious to most weapons. They would also terrify enemy horses due to the scent so they would route them. At the same time, elephants get enraged easily and would run amok and destroy their own comrades when enraged. The elephant was the largest land mammal on earth, characterised by its long trunk, tusks, big, flat ears, column-like legs, and greyish to brown skin. There were two main extant species of elephant as of the 20th century, one (Loxodonta africana) native to Africa, the other (Elephas maximus) native to south and south-east Asia. An elephant is one possible corporeal form of the Patronus Charm. Hedley Fleetwood had a Patronus that took the form of a woolly mammoth, an extinct species of elephant, a rare example of someone having an extinct animal as a Patronus. The elephants have two, long tusks, which they can use to bash their enemies, or even to move heavy objects with. They have very large ears, which they flap to help control the temperature of their bodies, and they also have a very long trunk, as a nose, which they use to pick up food, and to suck water up with. They can also use their trunks to whack or grab their enemies, and make a trumpeting noise. Although powerful, wild elephants cannot attack, so your units are safe around them. Elephants are are especially culturally significant in India and southeast Asia. Indiana Jones had experience of riding elephants. The Asian or Asiatic elephant (Elephas maximus) is the only living species of the genus Elephas and is distributed in Southeast Asia from India in the west to Borneo in the east. Three subspecies are recognised—Elephas maximus maximus from Sri Lanka, the Indian elephant or E. m. indicus from mainland Asia, and E. m. sumatranus from the island of Sumatra.[1] Asian elephants are the largest living land animals in Asia.
