Frost King
rdfs:comment
The Frost King is an immortal who reigns during winter. His birthday is the coldest day of the year. His son, Jack Frost, is mischievous, but the Frost King never reproves him for his pranks. (The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus, "The Runaway Shadows or A Trick of Jack Frost") The Frost King, the Frost‐King, or King Frost, is a personification of autumn hoar frost, or of cold, frosty weather in general, who is portrayed as a king. Beyond this basic description, public domain stories are very inconsistent in their depictions of the character: Sometimes he is artistic and benign (bearing a resemblance to Jack Frost) and other times destructive and even villainous (resembling Old Man Winter). Some stories portray him as having a queen, but most sources don’t mention her. Frost King is a secret achievement/trophy in Armored Core: Verdict Day. Frost King, also known as Ice King, presumably made the Ice Castle and had Iceskimos and Stove Faces set traps. Before you fight him, three Iceskimos will try taking you down by shooting arrows and Frost King will follow up by shooting ice at you. The Yeti animal orb is designed to be used in this boss battle, as it nullifies the freezing effect of ice attacks. You can also avoid freezing by staying airborne, as you cannot be frozen while jumping. Frost King was the king of Frost. He was destroyed in Diamond Icicle. Frost King is a boss from Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold and can only be fought by purchasing the DLC and accepting the "Winter's Harbinger" quest. He can be fought on the 18th Floor. This massive, armored ice monster is responsible for freezing most of the 18th floor of the Petal Bridge, and must be slain by request of Canaan, who fears for the safety of his people, since the Bird Folk cannot handle the sudden weather change on their habitat. Similarly to the other DLC bosses, no backstory or origin is given to the Frost King.

(The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus, "The Runaway Shadows or A Trick of Jack Frost") Frost King was the king of Frost. He was destroyed in Diamond Icicle. Similarly to the other DLC bosses, no backstory or origin is given to the Frost King. As to be expected, this powerful beast controls ice at will, being able to even create a frost armor for himself, as well as being a formidable physical fighter, often attacking the party with powerful punches.
