Ikasucon is a convention focusing on the art of anime and its fandom. It was previously held during the month of July in Cincinnati, Ohio, however this year it is being hosted during July in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ikasucon had been held in Cincinnati since its inception in 2003, but has since then moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a smaller convention, Ikasucon is known for allowing anime enthusiasts to personally meet and interact with many of the people responsible for anime production and promotions, including voice actors, producers, and heads of popular fan-created studios.
