n19:abstract
Preceding the Chrono Quakes, ABSOLUTE was inhabited by an advanced race that are known as the "administrants", a race which Verel belonged to. They maintained the Central Globe alongside another race, known as the Val-Fasq. Due to their nature, the Val-Fasq attempted to takeover the administrant race after developing their own technology but were defeated by the administrant race's Shadow Moon that protected them and the Central Globe from the Val-Fasq's newly developed interface that allowed them to control machines. The Val-Fasq were forced out of ABSOLUTE where they settled in the EDEN universe. Shortly after, the Val-Fasq engineered the very first Chrono Quake as revenge and its effect crippled both their own universe as well as the every other parallel universe. ABSOLUTE was shortly abandoned by the administrant race after the Chrono Quake's effects proved powerful enough to force them out. With the Val-Fasq's defeat in EDEN, Noa discovered the EDEN's Chrono Gate near Juno and investigated the device with the Elsior's crew. The Chrono Gate activated and allowed the ship and its crew to enter ABSOLUTE and the Central Globe. Upon further investgation, it was revealed that Milfeulle Sakuraba had the specifications necessary to operate the Chrono Gates and she was made the sole Gate Keeper. EDEN launched several survey missions through the many Chrono Gates and it was discovered that entire universes led to long-dead civilizations due to the effects of the previous Chrono Quakes. On the 56th Chrono Gate expedition however, the EDEN universe discovered the first surviving universe of NEUE. After the events of MK, several more Gate Keepers and civilized universes (PHOS, RUIN, ALTE, and SKIA) were discovered. Among the Dûnyain, the Absolute is the state of becoming ‘unconditioned’, a perfect self-moving soul independent of ‘what comes before’. [[w:|]][[Category: derivations|Absolute]] absolūtus (“‘unconditional’”), perfect passive participle of absolvō (“‘loosen, free; complete’”). Compare French absolu. See absolve. All software updating/adding must be done as root user (administrator to Windows fans) as well as any configuration changes. Login is text-based, as is the installer. There are not handfuls of daemons running nor are the bloat of KDE or Gnome present. Absolute (Dt.: Absolut) ist ein Zauber des Elements Eis oder Wasser/Wind. Absolute is an arte that usually forms a jagged block of ice on the spot the target is occupying, freezing them and then smashing the ice in an explosion, dealing further damage. The actual effectiveness of the arte varies among games. In Tales of Eternia, Absolute is a Craymel Arte available to Meredy and Keele Zeibel after fringing the Greater Craymels Celsius and Volt. In this game, the arte forms a spike of ice on the ground where the target is standing at the end of the incantation, and if it hits, it will freeze the enemy into a ball of ice, which then shatters. In Tales of Symphonia, Genis Sage can learn this spell after learning Freeze Lancer and Grave if he is aligned with the "Strike" style of artes. When Absolute is cast, a freezing circle will appear below the target. If the target does not move out of the area, it will be frozen solid momentarily until the ice shatters. Absolute shares a unique trait with Photon, the ability to stagger any enemy and keep them in place momentarily. Absolute, like Photon, can even stagger fallen enemies, forcing them to rise. The main disadvantage to this spell is that the enemy has to be touching the freezing ground to get hit, meaning airborne enemies are completely immune to this spell, unless knocked to the ground first. In Tales of the Abyss, Absolute is the first of the three "forbidden spells" available to Jade Curtiss, only unlockable through a sidequest. By collecting the three stones needed, Jade will learn this arte. Upon activation, the arte will, after a small delay, freeze the spot where the target is at the time the casting finished and afterward drop a lump of ice onto the block, smashing it and dealing further damage. However, due to this delay, it is easy for enemies to evade the spell by running outside of its effect range. The context contained in the ancient stones in reference to Absolute reads, "The cluster of ice that doth shine like silver sleeps at the base of soil. It is the universal principle that sparkles in the desert. The great power that doth sleep at the foot of the frozen mountain is the embrace of heartless silver that doth carve the barren wilds." In Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, Genis regains the use of this spell late in the story. If there is at least one minor Ice element on the Elemental Grid, and a Unison Attack is used, Genis will also contribute this spell to the Unison Attack, while it is also the second level of Ice-elemental Unison Attacks used by monsters. In Tales of Hearts, Absolute is a Combination Arte between Beryl Benito and Kunzite that is activated when Beryl casts Aqua Geyser and Kunzite casts Negative Gate at the same time. rightAbsolute Linux è una modificazione leggera di Slackware Linux.
