Atlantis: Milo's Return Atlantis: Milo's Return
rdfs:comment
Atlantis: Milo's Return is a sequel to Atlantis: The Lost Empire that was released in 2003. It is an edited version of three episodes of the cancelled Team Atlantis series linked together with new animation to form a sequel. This is Florence Stanley's final film; she died months after production ended. (The Disneycember logo is shown, before showing clips from Atlantis: Milo's Return) Doug (vo): Perhaps the biggest crime of Atlantis: Milo's Return is that, despite a very obviously cheap animation budget and, oh, I don't know, obvious identity as a cheap cash-in, which is strange, seeing how the first film was not a huge box-office hit, it's that at first, it actually kind of has an interesting story. Yeah, at first, I was kind of sucked in by it, despite all the bad jokes and awkward-drawn scenes and...all right, let's look at the story. Atlantis: Milo's Return, released in 2003, is Disney's twentieth animated direct-to-video sequel. It is a sequel to the 2001 animated film Atlantis: The Lost Empire. Originally, Disney was developing a sequel entitled Shards of Chaos, but it was abandoned once The Lost Empire was less successful than anticipated. The released sequel consists of three animated shorts, originally meant to be three episodes of a series that was never completed called Team Atlantis. Some additional animation was done to link the stories more closely. Atlantis: Milo's Return es la secuela de la película Atlantis: The Lost Empire. Fue estrenada en vídeo el 20 de Mayo 2003.
