Anthony S. Horacek (born February 3, 1967 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a retired professional ice hockey left wing. He played in the NHL with the Philadelphia Flyers and Chicago Blackhawks. Horacek had his best game as a professional on December 30, 1989. In a game at the Great Western Forum against the Los Angeles Kings, his hat trick helped the Flyers to a 6–3 win. He played in a total of 154 NHL games, scoring 10 goals and 19 assists.

Anthony S. Horacek (born February 3, 1967 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a retired professional ice hockey left wing. He played in the NHL with the Philadelphia Flyers and Chicago Blackhawks. Horacek had his best game as a professional on December 30, 1989. In a game at the Great Western Forum against the Los Angeles Kings, his hat trick helped the Flyers to a 6–3 win. He played junior hockey with the Kamloops Blazers, Kelowna Wings, and the Spokane Chiefs. Selected 147th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1985 NHL Entry Draft, he turned pro in 1988-89. He got his first call up in 1989-90. Traded to the Chicago Blackhawks in 1992 for Ryan McGill, he was a part time player for the Hawks. For three seasons he was called up for a few games each year. After 1995 he spent all of his time in the minors. Horacek retired in 1998. He played in a total of 154 NHL games, scoring 10 goals and 19 assists.
