Nationality/Race: presumebly Japanese Rouge is one of the first releases of the group JOKOLOID. The purpose of it is tomock the overuse of certain ideas in VOCALOID, UTAU, and any thing else for that matter. In Rouge's case, she is much like the VIP Tei Sukone, mocking the 'unoriginal voice' and costume design with a formal style similar to school girl. Also Rouge is violent, not a yandere, and mocks any of the characters the author dubbs 'fake yanderes'.
