"Dorvain General Election, 1882"@en . . . . . . . "The Dorvain General Election, 1882 was held on the 27th May 1882 to elect the 21st Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dorvain. Each of the 125 parliamentary constituencies elected one Member of Parliament to Parliament. Clarke's Democrats won a landslide victory over Ivan Windsor's Royalists. Striker and workers rights were again a relevant issue in the election, with Clarke successfully painting the Royalists as dangerous to the working class as they would repeal much of his reforms. The Royalists meanwhile campaigned that Clarke's reforms went too far, and that they were too bureaucratic, crippling business."@en .
