. "The Wayfarers' Rest is an inn located in the town of Whitebridge in Andor. It is on the main square where the White Bridge meets the east bank of the Arinelle. It is a reasonably large establishment with the common room divided in half by a low wall, designed so that feuding ship crews can be separated into areas where they are unlikely to run into one another. The inn is owned and run by Master Bartim. Rand al'Thor, Mat Cauthon and Thom Merrilin visited the Wayfarers' Rest on their way to Caemlyn, and learned from Bartim about the defeat of the false Dragon Logain Ablar. Bartim also told them that a crazed man had passed through the town searching for them a week earlier. Rand and his cohorts had an altercation with Floran Gelb whilst leaving the inn and were attacked by a Myrddraal in the square outside, resulting in a battle that saw several buildings damaged by fire. Moiraine Damodred, Lan Mandragoran, and Nynaeve al'Meara later passed through the town and had a meal at the Wayfarers' Rest before continuing their pursuit of Rand and Mat."@en . .
