He was an only child and his parents were captured by the New Republic when Garma was only a baby, so Garma never remembered them. He was raised be Grith and his parents. That is why they knew each other so well. Unknown to any of the Kaleesh, Garma was force-sensitive. Whenever he had to do any work, he always seemed to get it done before anyone else. He could lift heavier objects that most of the other people on his planet. In the Kaleesh army, he could fire at anything that moves because he could sense it. This made him a very good marksman.
