Not only did we encounter harsh weather and steep cliffs, we also encountered several strong creatures. Tailwind, the wings around here, handled them with ease. Lamp, the floating fish-thing, did nothing more than be the medic of the team. \"Look, if you're not going to help us, just get try to act useful for once!\" I growled, as I removed my scythe from a giant-crab's skull. \"I'm not much of a fighter...\" She whispered. \"Hey! Lamp, the floating fish-thing, did nothing more than be the medic of the team. \"Look, if you're not going to help us, just get try to act useful for once!\" I growled, as I removed my scythe from a giant-crab's skull. \"I'm not much of a fighter...\" She whispered. \"You're a freaking floating fish-wait...I'm a ferret thing so meh, I don't care\" Later on that night, we decided to sleep inside a small cave. Strangely, this cave looked like it was already inhabited. It had carvings on the walls, vases neatly set up near the entrance, and even a burning fire at the end of the cave. \"Hey! We're here!\" Tailwind cried out, the echos ricocheting off the walls. A large, yellow thing with two orbs (one on it's head, another on the end of it's striped tail) appeared, looking at us sternly. \"Took you long enough\" A mature female voice replied. \"The storm's been circling around like a Houdoom!\" Lamp laughed. I glared at her to shut her up. The yellow thing looked at me. \"Is this a rookie?\" \"Convict, outlaw, rookie, I don't care anymore\" I said without care. \"Hmph\" She looked at Tailwind, \"Staying here for the night?\" \"Yeah, it's nearing sundown\" Tailwind scratched his head. I looked outside. It didn't look near to sundown to me. \"Come on Tim, otherwise you'll be freezing in the night air!\" Lamp called. I turned and followed them deep in the cave. When I tried looking back again, I saw that yellow-orb thing roll a rock to seal the entrance. Smart move might I add. She walked up to me. \"...who did this to you?\" I looked at my right mechanical hand, then my left mechanical leg. \"An old friend repaired them...\" \"Why?\" She asked. \"She...\" I sighed, \"She was kind enough to help me after a snake attacked me\" After a long stare off, she chuckled. \"You're not a Zangoose, aren't you?\" \"Whatever the heck I am now, no, I'm more human than...Pokemon\" I kicked a rock as I paused. \"I had a friend like you...he was the same, he's a human too\" \"Where can I find him?!\" I was eager to turn back into a human again. \"Nowhere now, God knows where he is\" \"Well...what does he look like?\" I was a bit dissapointed. \"He's normally in Pikachu form, you know, yellow mouse, ye high\" I suddenly remembered. The Pikachu that was in my dreams...he was the human. \"I...I saw him in my dreams...\" \"You're weird kid, come on, I'll make us some grub\" We both then walked deeper in the cave. When we were finally done with dinner and all fell asleep, I had that strange dream again. This time, the only person there was that Pikachu. He watched me as I stood up with his emerald eyes. I looked at his expression. Arms crossed, stern look, something tells me he's not happy to see me. Then, irony kicked in. \"You're ready kid\" \"Ready for what?\" I asked, scratching my head. \"Old Xenon asked me a favor, after hooking his sucker face, I accepted\" I remember Xenon attacking Chris, this Pikachu, the other night. \"Good, he deserved it\" I smirked. \"You're not bad kid, but I need to see what you can really do\" \"What are you suggesting?\" \"Training\" He said short and sweet. \"Long, training\" \"Wait...if you're human, you can cure me-\" \"Kid, no one mentioned shit about a cure\" He lowered his hands. \"Come on, I'll teach you the basics\" I followed, but when we began training, I started to regret. Not only was it hard, vigorous, and intense, but he also kept yelling at me, pushing me beyond my limits. When I refused to go, he called me a coward, I don't know, but somehow that worked to motivate me. Awhile later, I was finished. Covered in cuts, bruises, and one deep gash, but I was finished. \"Good, we'll start your endurance tomorrow\" \"W-what did we just do?\" I panted. \"Again, we did the basics. If you didn't live through the training, then I must've picked the wrong Zangoose\" I nodded, then proceeded to ask: \"Is this affecting me in real life?\" He stopped his in his leave. He chuckled, then glanced. \"You'll find out kid\" \"Before I go...give Xenon a good kick in the behind for me\" \"Will do\" I then found myself falling into nothingness, back to reality."@en .
