While there I noticed that our games category has no sub categories, so it was pretty easy to get mixed up between which games were nick.com games and which were full on console games. There's a pretty large difference between the pages and the way they were set up, so it kind of struck me as a bit odd that there was no further distinctions between the games. I support as well. "__NOWYSIWYG__ So, earlier today I was working on the new Korra video game page, and I was trying to check out the pages from previous video games as a reference. While there I noticed that our games category has no sub categories, so it was pretty easy to get mixed up between which games were nick.com games and which were full on console games. There's a pretty large difference between the pages and the way they were set up, so it kind of struck me as a bit odd that there was no further distinctions between the games. What I'm getting at, is I was thinking it might be helpful for people looking to expand/organize pages to have a sub category of the games section to having a category for nick.com games and/or a category for the console games to help further organize the games category into something that can be better accessed by people looking to edit pages of a specific type. I was initially debating whether or not to post this, since there have been few console games and there are some games that are't technically \"console games\" such as the TV game but I figure we can come up with a better name (my idea was change the video games cat -> games and make console games just video games and the other one browser games or something along those lines). And even though there are few console games, I think there's enough to warrant having a category since I think that drawing a distinction between the two types of games is important - they are all very different types of games which a player can get to in very different ways and the articles aren't structured all that similarly. 01:37, July 28, 2014 (UTC) I had the same problem when searching for the game information. I agree with ATFF that we need to divide the game sub-categories into two parts: the online game and console game, maybe? It would be better for us to organize the game pages well. But my question is, do PC games should be categorized as console game? Sorry, but I'm not a real-gamer who can differ those games ^^\" 16:08, July 28, 2014 (UTC) PC games would count as console games, I think. I'm not anywhere near gaming expert (unless it comes to nintendo ;) ) but i am pretty sure that PC/Steam games count as console games despite being computer based, vs the nick.com games which would count as browser games. 18:21, July 29, 2014 (UTC) It would help organize the game pages a bit more and I don't see anything excessive over having \"console games\" and \"browser games\" sub-categories. Why not a more widely used term such as \"online games\"? 22:30, July 29, 2014 (UTC) That works as well and I agree that it is a little less awkward :P File:Waterbending emblem.png Water Spout 22:35, July 29, 2014 (UTC) I support as well.
