"Iridal I (7014 - 12721) was the founder and first King of Iridal, who also served as the Appraiser of the Wayward Whims during the reign of his cousin Nergal X, having been appointed to the position by Nergal himself. He was a member of the Taioronid dynasty, being the grandson of Divine Sovereign Taioron II. Iridal was given ownership of a small settlement in what is today the Iberian Peninsula, and it came to be named after him. Over the generations the settlement grew, eventually becoming the city of Iridal (later known as Bronzalae Cava), ruled by his descendants who would ascend to the office of Divine Sovereign."@en .
