He is, of course, the king of the Goblins, and the father of Prince Froglip. He is always having a cold. Sometimes, he manages to hold in his sneezes, and other times he lets it out. First, he begins saying that they will flood the mines and get rid of the sun people (his wife, the queen finishing for him because he can't finish). However, he participates in with his son's idea. During the battle in the castle, the Goblin King has his goblins capture the King of the castle (Irene's widowed father), tying him up with a Goblin Snake.
