In 2010, Forbes ranked Westminster first in the nation as the \"Best College for Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.\" In 2008 36% Westminster's graduating class received their degrees in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (known colloquially as STEM)--and unusually, more of those STEM graduates were women than men. The student population is nearly 1,600 undergraduate and graduate students. The college offers 41 majors and nearly 100 organizations.
