"Frunze was a Human male admiral in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars and later the Imperial Navy in Emperor Palpatine's New Order. Born on Coruscant, he attended the Naval College in Galactic City, graduating at the rank of sub lieutenant. He worked his way up the chain of command and became a vice admiral shortly before the outbreak of the Clone Wars, commanding the battleship Event Horizon and leading the Republic Eighth Fleet. He was not present at the Battle of Geonosis, but took part in several others afterwards, which became known as the Samix Offensive. It was a successful campaign. Vice Admiral Frunze was also took part in the Battle of Coruscant in 19 BBY. The Event Horizon was responsible for the destruction of several Confederate Navy frigates. Frunze was promoted to admiral following the battle. He was stationed on Coruscant until Order 66 and the Declaration of the New Order, after which he continued serving in the Galactic Empire. He did not get along well with Wilhuff Tarkin, who wanted his battleship scrapped as it was against his doctrine. The Emperor let him keep it, as he viewed Frunze to be a good officer and tactician. The admiral took part in several early Imperial Period campaigns. In 0 BBY, he was stationed aboard the Death Star, despite Tarkin's objections, where he died when it was destroyed at Yavin IV."@en . . "49"^^ . "Fair"@en . . . "1.89"^^ . "Frunze"@en . .
