About a hundred years later, a green dragon and its various monstrous minions conquered the elven city; the dragon taking the city\u2019s castle as lair. It is said that the dragon's minions were armed with newly crafted dwarven weapons and armor. The dragon controlled the fortress city for around two centuries, until a band of adventurers, including elves, dwarves, halflings and humans defeated the dragon in the hope that the elves could re-found their lost city. However, the dwarves bribed the humans to betray the elves, and so the dwarves and humans killed all the elves, though most of the dwarves fell to the elves, and those dwarves still alive were murdered by the humans. The humans were then left and they have been in control of Cim'al ever since, with much of their population coming from the then burned (now rebuilt) city of Ishar. However, while the tall-folk were fighting, the halfling adventurers ran off with much of the dragon hoard towards the north, where they later built a castle and founded the town of Teafield."@en .
