The Botanical Weapon Brion (ブリオン, Burion) is a mysterious being and one of the Five Great Calamities that humanity met in the Dark Continent. It is located in a labyrinth in a town about 400 km from the edge of a forest North of Lake Mobius. L'Arme Brion est l'un des cinq fléaux du nouveau monde sorti de sa terre d'origine. Brion is the keeper of the big orrery and the observatory in Moonglow in Ultima VII. He also is a collector of rare things (which people see as trash), and the twin brother of Nelson. Brion taught the Avatar the concept of Astronomical Alignment which would be very important. Brion was also very pleased to show the Avatar his collection of rare things, remembering that he wanted to build an orrery viewer so that the orrery can be watched from anywhere, but he needed a special crystal. The Avatar helped him to find one and exchanged it for Viewer after he had finished it. Later on the quest, it was Brion who put the Avatar on the right track, towards the Lycaeum, where information about the island of Ambrosia would be found in order to find Caddellite. Full name Class Nationality First appearanceWinds of Fury Herald Brion was selected to train with Treyvan in anticipation of Ancar's final invasion. He was grouped with two other Heralds, Rafe and Kelsy, and two trainees, Anda and Chass, to do something about the chaotic weather caused by the unexpected foundation of the Node in the royal palace at Haven.
