The elements of fire, air, earth, and water serve as the basic building blocks of all matter in the physical universe. Shamanic culture have long sought to live in harmony with, or assert dominion over, the elements. To do so, they call upon the primordial forces of Spirit and Decay. Those who seek to bring balance to the elements rely on Spirit (sometimes referred to as the "fifth element" by shaman, or "chi" by monks). This life-giving force interconnects and binds all things in existence as one, sacrificing its life. Sacrificial magic was considered the greatest violation of life and the energies of life, most commonly known as nature magic, promote growth and renewal in all things. Death, in the form of necromantic magic, acts as a counterbalance to life. It is an unavoidable force tha The four Elements are Windragh, Firagh, Watragh and Earthragh. These gods the whole of the Ughwarrak realm worship were the first beings to come into existence. Even the mighty immortal warriors of the first age worshipped them. The Elements created Ughwarrak, and also Ibcsurloyh (their own realm) and many other realms. If they work together they can make realms, mini-realms, floating countries, cities, even rocks! Elements are a concept included in both the Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors series, and many other Warriors related series. They can be fused with weapons or added as a separate item. Sometimes only one is allowed, though more recent games and as of the Warriors Orochi series multiple elements can be equipped. Elements are effects that affect enemies that are stuck by certain charge attacks. Some charge attacks will have elemental activation, some won't. In Weyard there are four Elements that exist: Mars, Venus, Mercury, and Jupiter. These elements represent Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind respectively. It is said that the elements are the building blocks for everything in Weyard. Each Element also has an Elemental Star and an Lighthouse. The Djinn and the forms of Psynergy correspond with one of these four elements. The elements are the base for all Alchemy and are the driving force behind the events in the Golden Sun games. Sol and Luna are technically not listed as elements, although they are featured in Weyard's mythology. The Elements (also known as the Ten Elements) are the important materials in which everything is created. They were first formed by The Creator in an an effort to make a "more interesting universe" (giving way to the possibility that this is not the first reality he has made). The Elements are quest items from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. They are the physical embodiments of the four natural elements: fire, earth, wind and water. Link must retrieve all four in order to transform the broken Picori Blade into the mythical Four Sword. The four elements can be found in dungeons scattered throughout Hyrule. Elements is an un-official comic fighting series by Nolan A. Hunt. It was first thought up July 28th, 2007, and first shared on the Fanfiction Wiki site October 29th, 2010. The plot and story were rehearsed and drawn on paper until then. The first comic strip of Elements was made somewhere mid 2007, in Burlingame CA. (It should be also be noted that this series was never even known to any public location other than the authors own mind.) The series is also nonprofitable and only for recreational sharing purposes. Most mythologies order the structure of the world according to a set of elements. While the number of elements varies, most mythologies identify four or five of them. There are five elements contributing to the world of OFF. Four of these are commonly found and collected in Zone 1 and distributed to the rest of the Zones. A secret fifth element is manufactured in Zone 3. The elements are essential for the continued existence, survival and livelihood for the denizens and the Zones of OFF. If any of these elements were lacking, it would cause grave consequences in the stability of the OFF world's current state. __NOCATEGORYGALLERY__ File:Elements.png Elements are some of the most natural things on Club Penguin Island. It was used as the second opening theme, followong Round ZERO~BLADE BRAVE, Blade's first theme. Though the song was made in 2004, a PV was made for it in 2010 and released in 2012 as part of the Avex Music Rider Album Kiwami Edition. It was also used as the theme to the summer movie Kamen Rider Blade: Missing Ace, as well as the opening theme of the namesake PlayStation 2 video game. * Episodes: 31-48, Kamen Rider Blade: Missing Ace, PS2 video game These are the main elements in the Matoran Universe: Weapons and armor might have one of the four element attributes associated with them: fire, water, wind, or earth. Fire and water oppose each other, as do wind and earth. Items without an element attribute are unaffected by elements, but still prone to afflictions. Opposing elements will do more damage than those that don't. FIRE <--------> WATER WIND<--------> EARTH Elements (属性 Zokusei?, "Attribute") are a recurring battle feature in the Tales series. Most spells and an assortment of strike artes have at least one element attached to it, but multiple elements on a single arte are also a common occurrence. Enemies have various level of affinity regarding elements, including absorption, resistance, weakness, and immunity. Weapons can also have an assigned element, dealing particular elemental damage, while some armor, accessories, and skills can reduce received elemental damage. Per a l'objecte aigua veure aigua ítem. When brought together would form one power and transfer it to the ones who had them all. __TOC__ The main elements in Ragnarok Online are Neutral, Water, Earth, Fire, Wind, Poison, Holy, Dark (Shadow), Ghost, and Undead. Elemental control was created by the Elementors long ago, in hopes of achieving a religious background for history, and also to create order within the new and chaotic world. They were successful, and people began to use their Elements for the good, until 4,000 years later, some began to use it for evil. The outfit includes a light gray baseball cap, a nautical blue trench coat, a crimson sweatshirt, and brown pants. This, further suggested by the name of the outfit, is probably based on the classical elements included in many eastern religions: water (blue trench coat), fire (red sweatshirt), air (light gray baseball cap), and earth (brown pants). Elements are properties that can strengthen, weaken, or nullify attacks when they interact. Every player and monster in the Ragnarök game series has an element and, with the exception of the neutral element, every element has both strengths and weaknesses to other elements. The term "element" is often used interchangeably with "property" and "attribute". Elements are what Battle Penguins use to battle with. There are 3 main types of elements: Weapon, Body, and Supernatural, however there can be mixes. Different classes, units, and factions have the option of learning an element. Each unit has 4 available skill slots for learning a new skill, and each element takes up 2 skill slots, limiting the elemental ability to 1 per unit. Choose wisely, as different elements have different abilities and affect the gaming experience in different ways. There are 6 different elements that you can learn based on which legion you are commanding, as well as your faction and unit which can each be leveled up to the maximum of 25. The 6 different elements include Curse, Ice, Earth, Fire, Lightning, and Holy. Along with the spells and curses provided in this article, these elements can also be utilized by officers to execute different abilities during combat. An Element is a mystical item that is associate with the Kingdom it is in. They only made an appearance in Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil. There are total of five elements from each of the Kingdoms in Lunatea: Tranquility, Joy, Discord, Indecision, and Sorrow. Early on in the game, Klonoa, with the assistance of Popka and Lolo, is given the task of collecting them all by Baguji, which sends them across Lunatea. They can be found in their designated kingdoms; Elements in the Mana series are a central plot and gameplay element. In gameplay, they can be used to exploit weaknesses of enemies. In the plot, the elements usually have a Mana Spirit to help represent each one, and each Mana Spirit must be found to advance the story. Elements are the individual Tags in the XML filestructure. Each one typically contains a single data entry, but by designing an Element which consists of multiple sub-Elements, you can form an array for rapid access of multiple references. Elements (元素, Genso?) are a part of Nasuverse cosmology and play an important role in Thaumaturgical Theory. The classification of the Elements changes depending on Thaumaturgical teaching. For example, a school classifies the Elements into five groups of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind and Void (Ether) while another school classifies them into other five groups of Water, Fire, Earth, Wood and Metal. The set of Elements that, according to the teachings of Magecraft schools, are the basic substances that shapes the world. Fire is called normal and Wind is said to be noble. Elements is the third album released by the progressive / technical death metal band Atheist. It was released on August 30, 1993 by Music for Nations in Europe and by Metal Blade Records in the US. Elements was reissued by Relapse Records in 2005 and was digitally remastered with the addition of six bonus tracks. Elements are different types of special damage properties that help determine what the damage dealt is. They ignore PV. Weapons can deal elemental damage with the correct attribute. Most types of elemental damage have a chance to inflict a status effect. Each element, except magic, has a breath attack and has at least one spell. There is a god who is in charge of elements, a spell that makes the target more vulnerable to the elements fire, cold, and lightning, a spell that does the opposite, and a spell that makes the target more vulnerable to the elements mind and nerve. You have a resistance against each element. Below is a table with the effects and flavor text for each element. Elements are the fundamental substance of creation. All matter and energy in the universe is made of an element or a combination of elements. The Elements show no changes in a Beyblade's performance; neither helping nor hindering it, and as such are merely used for aesthetic purposes. On Elara, there are 8 things considered to be elements, the building blocks of reality. They work in pairs of opposites, to keep balance and order in the universe. There are 4 pairs. They are: * Fire and Ice ("hot" and "cold") * Air and Earth ("above" and "below") * Stone and Water ("solid" and "liquid") * Life and Light ("inner being" and "outer being") It is the manipulation of these elements to varying degrees and in different combinations, through the power of a being's essence, that constitutes "magic." Elements are known to be a part of both psionics AND magick. For example, in wiccan magick, there is said to be five elements: Fire, Earth, Wind/Air, Water, and Spirit. On this wiki, certain abilities are said to be based on a certain element, such as energy healing on the healing page is said to be water. File:Wind Icon.png Wind (風, kaze) is weak against wood and is strong against earth. The wind element includes other elements such as water, ice and lightning. * List of all wind characters: * List of all wind hissatsu: There are 7 types of elements in this game. Fire, Water, Forest, Earth, Biolith, and creatures that do not belong to any element. The first four can get a field bonus, Bioliths are usually powerful and if played right can be summoned early while the unelemental creatures have various effects and usually can perform Incarnation. An Element is a core component of something. This means that when a wordy wizard (that is a conjurer of this school) analyzes something we break it down into elements. An element is one of twelve types of naturally-aligned energy forces, split into three categories consisting of four elements each. A thirteenth "element" exists as a neutral energy, also known as balance, that is not aligned with any of the twelve known elements yet at the same time representing all of the elements as one. These elements, or energy types, are the basis behind most types of magic- a force that is powered by Mana. Elements are a certain property that is associated with either Folks or Memory Stones. There are thirteen elements altogether, which are; * Non-elemental * Destroy * Slash * Guard/Barrier * Water * Wind * Thunder * Earth * Fire * Ice * Charm * Bond * Sleep The World R:1 uses a system of six elements. The elements are grouped into "opposing" pairs, with all other elements being neutral. They are: Fire and Water Earth and Wood Thunder and Darkness Monsters and players both have different attributes for all of the elements. If monsters or players have a high attribute to a certain element, they take little damage from it, and do great damage with it. Unlike some RPGs, it is impossible to absorb elements through any means, with the possible exception of cheating devices. Elements can be utilized through attack skills, spells, and monster attacks. Element was a high class within the Solaris Military (Gebler). Members had very high ether skills and were the only ones capable of using Gears with Aerods. In Xenogears, it was shown that some Elements are grouped together into four person teams. Prior to the events in Xenogears, one team was led by Jessie Black and consisted of Kahran Ramsus, Citan Uzuki, and Sigurd Harcourt. Sometime after Jessie, Citan, and Sigurd left Solaris, Ramsus reformed the Elements team. Elehayym Van Houten was part of the Elements class, but was expelled after her Drive incident. Element here refers to Bhūta, or tattva. Bhūt means true, matter of fact, reality, (that which is or has been) existing, present, being or being like anything, consisting of, mixed or joined with. The word Tattv is comprised of two words, “Tat” (meaning “that”) and “Tvam” (meaning “thou”). Tattva basicially means “thatness”, that is, the real being of anything. It is generally translated as meaning “quality”. Further, “Tat” represents the Godhead and “Tvam” the individual, giving a meaning (which fits in well with Hermetic Philosophy) of “That (which is the Universe) art thou.” This is similar to the Hermetic axiom of “As above, so below”, and is directly related to the concepts of the Macrocosm (“Tat”, Godhead) and Microcosm (“Tvam”, individual). "Elements" is the fifth episode of Warehouse 13 Season 1, airing on the Syfy Channel on August 4, 2009. Elements is an album by Steve Howe's Remedy. Steve Howe assembled his Remedy band from his two sons, Virgil and Dylan, and two former collaborators with Dylan, session bassist Derrick Taylor and jazz saxophonist Gilad Atzmon (who has also worked with Robert Wyatt). The Elements are a set of alignments in the Astrostles Galaxy, each attributed to and represented by a particular characteristic or state of being. There are 11 elements officially created by Pseudolonewolf, with two more created unofficially by My English Wiki. Nearly everything in the Astrostles Galaxy is aligned to an element. The elements are represented by Elemental Glyphs, which typically vary from game to game. The Alora Fane counterparts to the elements are the sentiments. Elements are the fundamental substance of creation. All matter and energy in the universe is made of an element or a combination of elements. Element here refers to Bhūta, or tattva. The album has more of a jazz influenced style than their two previous albums, but it remains highly technically complex. Elements was written, recorded and mixed in forty days in Pro Media Studios. The band wanted to dissolve but they were required to finish their third album in order to fulfill a contract to their record label. Elements features the addition of a third guitarist, Frank Emmi. Initially, Rand Burkey was not going to appear on the album, and as Kelly Shaefer had developed carpal tunnel syndrome, (preventing him from playing anything but rhythm guitar) a new lead guitar player was needed. Before recording, Burkey rejoined the band, and thus the band ended up with three guitarists. Shaefer plays rhythm guitar, while Emmi and Burkey share responsibilities for leads and solos. ELEMENTS is an opening theme (OP) from Kamen Rider Blade. It was performed by RIDER CHIPS. * Episodes: 31-48, Kamen Rider Blade: Missing Ace, PS2 video game The Elements are a set of alignments in the Astrostles Galaxy, each attributed to and represented by a particular characteristic or state of being. These are the main elements in the Matoran Universe: There are five elements contributing to the world of OFF. Most mythologies order the structure of the world according to a set of elements. While the number of elements varies, most mythologies identify four or five of them. Elemental control was created by the Elementors long ago, in hopes of achieving a religious background for history, and also to create order within the new and chaotic world. They were successful, and people began to use their Elements for the good, until 4,000 years later, some began to use it for evil. One day, in the wonderful world of the Periodic Table, Mr Silver and Mrs Nitrate were walking down Noble Gas Lane. Suddenly the eevilll Copernicus Copper passed round the corner - "Ahh! Another victim!" he said. Copper stepped up to Mrs Nitrate, "Hello Mrs Nitrate. Lovely day for it!" Mrs Nitrate swooned at him and he took her in his arms. "See ya loser." he told Mr Silver. Eventually Mrs Nitrate got divorced from Mr Silver and got married to Copernicus Copper. And from that time on they were known as Copper Nitrate. And they went on to have many children, some you might know - Francis Francium, Antimony and Albert Einsteinium to name just a few. There are 3 main types of elements: Weapon, Body, and Supernatural, however there can be mixes. The main elements in Ragnarok Online are Neutral, Water, Earth, Fire, Wind, Poison, Holy, Dark (Shadow), Ghost, and Undead. Voici une liste des éléments majeur du Prismandalé, ainsi que quelques informations les concernant. Once obtained, Link's sword must be infused with one of the elements in the Elemental Sanctuary, which is hidden deep inside the walls of Hyrule Castle. Once this has been done, the sword allows Link to create replicas of himself for a short while if the sword is charged. These doppelgängers can be used to hold down multiple switches and push large blocks. The more elements Link has infused the sword with, the more replicas of himself appear when the sword is charged. The maximum number of copies Link can make of himself is four. The four Elements are identical to the four Royal Jewels from The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures in both color and shape, and may be the same objects. Additionally, the Wind and Fire Elements resemble the Kokiri's Emerald and Goron's Ruby respectively, two of the three Spiritual Stones from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. However, neither the Water Element nor the Earth Element bears any resemblance to the Zora's Sapphire, the third Spiritual Stone, so these resemblances may be purely coincidental. They can be found in their designated kingdoms; * Tranquility in La-Lakoosha * Joy in Joilant * Discord in Volk * Indecision in Mira-Mira * Sorrow in Hyuponia (Kingdom of Sorrow) This article is a . You can help My English Wiki by editing this page for Klonoa. Elements are a certain property that is associated with either Folks or Memory Stones. There are thirteen elements altogether, which are; * Non-elemental * Destroy * Slash * Guard/Barrier * Water * Wind * Thunder * Earth * Fire * Ice * Charm * Bond * Sleep Folks can be categorized by the element of their attacks. Generally folks are weak to opposing elements, for example: Fire is weak to Ice, but each one has individual strengths and weaknesses. The folks with the elements Water, Wind, Thunder, Charm, Bond & Sleep can only be used by Ellen and Earth, Fire & Ice are exsclusive to Keats. Memory Stones are made up of only seven different elements. These stones are weak to attacks from the same element, for example, Fire is weak to Fire. Note that for weapons that deal elemental damage, it appears that the higher the weapon's physical damage, the more the elemental damage will deal. For example, a 3d5 claymore that does "It deals cold damage ###" will deal significantly less cold damage then the same claymore at 3d15. This was tested on multiple sandbagged characters, but not with all elements. Boss monsters have a chance to resist status-inflicting damage, which scales greatly with their level. For example, level 8 boss has 20% chance to resist confusion, while level 18 boss has 90% chance. Elements (属性 Zokusei?, "Attribute") are a recurring battle feature in the Tales series. Para a l'alineació neutral, veure alineació. Existeixen cinc elements, cada un relacionat amb una característica. The World R:1 uses a system of six elements. Often, monsters will have an elemental attribute so high that they have a "tolerance" against it, being immune to all attacks of that element. Sometimes, this tolerance can be removed by using a skill that lowers their elemental attribute. Monsters are generally always weak to their opposing element. A player gains elemental attributes according to their equipment. In general, a piece of equipment that adds to one or more elements will subtract from the "opposite(s)," and the increased elements will match the equipment's skills, but these rules do not always apply. Certain items can also modify elemental parameters, with Installation Books doing so permanently. Because of this, players can "balance" their stats, and will not necessarily have any strong or weak elemental affinities. Elements can be utilized through attack skills, spells, and monster attacks. Every field has a corresponding element, as well. This determines both the type of field it becomes, and the monsters that appear in it. With the exception of special events, monsters will not appear in a field that is the "opposite" of their element, though any the field is not restricted only to monsters that match its type. Elements are some of the most natural things on Club Penguin Island. Penguins can harness their power in Card-Jitsu and its spin-offs. __NOCATEGORYGALLERY__ File:Elements.png In Weyard there are four Elements that exist: Mars, Venus, Mercury, and Jupiter. Elements were artifacts that were five peices that drew force power from the environment around them. When brought together would form one power and transfer it to the ones who had them all. __TOC__ "Elements" is the fifth episode of Warehouse 13 Season 1, airing on the Syfy Channel on August 4, 2009. The item elements is a feature that was added with the Crystals update. Every item with a rarity and certain non-rarity items has one, indicated with an icon next to the item's name accessible by pressing the INFO button. Any item with a Chi has a chance to drop one of their corresponding Essence: * Wind Chi: Wind Essence * Fire Chi: Fire Essence * Water Chi: Water Essence * Earth Chi: Earth Essence They are also used in Crystal Balancing. Every ability can only be executed successfully at the cost of a conditioned amount of SP. Elements in the Mana series are a central plot and gameplay element. Sadly, the album also features some of the last work by Andrew Jackman, who died in late 2003. Jackman had been the keyboard player in The Syn with Chris Squire and Peter Banks and remained an occasional collaborator of Squire's for the rest of his career. He also did arrangements for Steve Howe, beginning in the '70s, and on Yes's Tormato, as well as for a range of pop/rock acts, from Rush (Power Windows) to Elton John. It is an unavoidable force that breeds despair in mortal hearts and pushes everything toward a state of entropic decay and eventual oblivion. Decay is the tool of the shaman seeking to subjugate and weaponize the elements themselves. Elements are known to be a part of both psionics AND magick. For example, in wiccan magick, there is said to be five elements: Fire, Earth, Wind/Air, Water, and Spirit. On this wiki, certain abilities are said to be based on a certain element, such as energy healing on the healing page is said to be water. The four Elements are Windragh, Firagh, Watragh and Earthragh. But 127,000,000 rashukraks (a rashukrak is 3 months) ago, te Elements divided up Ibcsurloyh because they could bot be togehter without arguing. So they are forever separated, and now the Elements will never work in harmony again. On Elara, there are 8 things considered to be elements, the building blocks of reality. They work in pairs of opposites, to keep balance and order in the universe. There are 4 pairs. They are: * Fire and Ice ("hot" and "cold") * Air and Earth ("above" and "below") * Stone and Water ("solid" and "liquid") * Life and Light ("inner being" and "outer being") It is the manipulation of these elements to varying degrees and in different combinations, through the power of a being's essence, that constitutes "magic." Weapons and armor might have one of the four element attributes associated with them: fire, water, wind, or earth. Fire and water oppose each other, as do wind and earth. Items without an element attribute are unaffected by elements, but still prone to afflictions. Opposing elements will do more damage than those that don't. FIRE <--------> WATER WIND<--------> EARTH
