Item Quality in The Last Stand: Dead Zone is determined by the attachments and conditions present on the item. These are listed in Weapon Attachments and Conditions for weapons and their specific item page (e.g. First Aid Kit, Gloves, etc.) for Gear. The quality levels from worst to best are: The following image explains how Unique weapons are generated. A product is said to be of good quality if it works well in the equipment it was meant for. Quality is a relative term and is generally used with reference to the end use of the product. For example, a gear used in sugarcane juice machine may not possess good surface finish, tolerance & accuracy as compared to the gear used in say a lathe machine, still it may be considered of good quality if it works satisfactorily in the juice extracting machine. There are 3 stages in consideration of ‘Total Quality’ of any product (DCP) Being a Flash-based game, changing the quality will determine how fast Super Smash Flash 2 frame rate will run. Setting the quality to low could result in the frame rate running faster at the cost of good visuals, while setting the quality to high does the opposite, the frame rate could be slower by keeping good visuals. The same happens for fullscreen quality, setting to hardware quality will make the game run faster while software quality will reduce it. It is not enough merely knowing what planets like in what houses and/or signs, or the meanings attached to them. In astrology, there are a myriad effects that are sometimes not acknowledged by the mere presence of a planet in a specific house or constellation at any given time. Below follows a brief summary of some of the more important concepts in astrology. Further information on how to send out the order forms can be found at Sending Out Order Requests. All items in Star Wars: The Old Republic have a quality rating associated with them which is defined by the item's text and icon border color. The item quality guide you to the item's worth. But one should also inspect the item's level as higher level item with an lower quality might be better than a lower level one. There are currently the following item qualities: Items are made at various qualities: normal, good, great, flawless, epic, and legendary. Higher quality items are more rare. Items are most often made at normal quality, although most early recipes can be mastered to always produce good or great items. Higher quality items sell for more gold and also have higher power with less of a chance to break during quests. Some recipes, once mastered, will always craft at a higher quality. The quality item property is a descriptive property added in patch 1.69. It indicates how well an item was made but has no intrinsic use; rather, it was provided for custom content to make use of (without requiring a hak pak to define new item properties). No standard items were given this property. There are several types (technically cost parameters) of this property, namely unknown, destroyed, ruined, very poor, poor, below average, average, above average, good, very good, excellent, masterwork, godlike, raw, cut, and polished. Quality is a suffix that can appear on Magic and Rare Items as well as large and grand Charms. It provides a small bonus to Maximum Damage. It can start spawning on items at Item Level 4, but will not be able to spawn on all items with full effect until level 56. Qualities are aspects of the Pirate King's history, abilities, and life. All qualities give advantages, though some of them come with downsides as well. Each Pirate King has two qualities. Quality in everyday life and business, engineering and manufacturing has a pragmatic interpretation as the non-inferiority, superiority or usefulness of something. This is the most common interpretation of the term. Many different techniques and concepts have evolved to improve product or service quality, such as Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000 and others. The meaning for the term quality has developed over time. An omnipresent concept, Quality exists even as lag (another weapon profile to be made) continues to exist. No being ever exists beyond it, for it exists absolutely everywhere and nowhere, in every being that exists, does not exist, and has yet to exist, and beyond those concepts altogether. No concept exists beyond Quality, as everything has quality. Quality is most often seen as a color code in tooltips for items and battle pets. The Quality of an item in the world of Terraria is determined by the color of its name. There are currently Fifteen tiers of item quality.

All items found in World of Warcraft are given a quality rating that is defined by the item's text color. While these are a good guide, it generally isn't a wise idea to judge an item's worth purely by its color. The item color system was substantially devalued during The Burning Crusade expansion, with epics becoming excessively plentiful, and blues often actually being more useful items. Aside from set bonuses, one of the primary defining characteristics of epics is that they tend to offer bonuses to a larger number of different stats, than do blues or greens. Therefore, although in order to ensure that your character has balanced stats, it is usually a good idea to go for epics whenever they are available, there may be times when blues will offer a larger amount of a single stat, and depending on what you're doing, for a few pieces at least, that may be more useful. (For example, agility in the case of a survival hunter) Quality in everyday life and business, engineering and manufacturing has a pragmatic interpretation as the non-inferiority, superiority or usefulness of something. This is the most common interpretation of the term. Many different techniques and concepts have evolved to improve product or service quality, such as Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000 and others. The meaning for the term quality has developed over time. Qualities are aspects of the Pirate King's history, abilities, and life. All qualities give advantages, though some of them come with downsides as well. Each Pirate King has two qualities. Quality is a suffix that can appear on Magic and Rare Items as well as large and grand Charms. It provides a small bonus to Maximum Damage. It can start spawning on items at Item Level 4, but will not be able to spawn on all items with full effect until level 56. Prev:Complications Main: Table of Contents Next: Assembly Table Item Quality in The Last Stand: Dead Zone is determined by the attachments and conditions present on the item. These are listed in Weapon Attachments and Conditions for weapons and their specific item page (e.g. First Aid Kit, Gloves, etc.) for Gear. The quality levels from worst to best are: * Poor: These items typically only have negative conditions. * Common: These items are neither positive nor negative and typically have no conditions. * Common: These items typically have one minor positive condition. * Good: These items typically have one major or two minor positive conditions. * Superior: These items have one major and one minor positive condition. * Rare: These items have special names and bonuses. * Elite: These items have two major positive conditions. * Unique: These items have unique names and bigger bonuses. * Infamous: These crafted exclusive items have special names and big bonuses. * Premium: These items can only be acquired via The Store or supply boxes. Some clothing, however, may also be found through scavenging and as a possible reward for completing Infected Bounties, with the latter possibly awarding Premium Weapons as well. The following image explains how Unique weapons are generated. File:Howuniquesaremade.jpg The penalty for finding consecutive Rares and Uniques resets at around 00:00 UTC. Being a Flash-based game, changing the quality will determine how fast Super Smash Flash 2 frame rate will run. It is similar to the screen display and deflicker options from Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, respectively. However, these options don't affect the frame rate of the games. All items in Star Wars: The Old Republic have a quality rating associated with them which is defined by the item's text and icon border color. The item quality guide you to the item's worth. But one should also inspect the item's level as higher level item with an lower quality might be better than a lower level one. There are currently the following item qualities: The Quality of an item in the world of Terraria is determined by the color of its name. There are currently Fifteen tiers of item quality. There are 3 stages in consideration of ‘Total Quality’ of any product (DCP) Quality of Design: It is concerned with the tightness of the specifications for the product. (For e.g. a part having a drawing tolerance of 0.001 mm would be considered to be of better quality than a part having a tolerance of 0.01 mm.) Quality of Conformance: It is concerned with how well the manufactured product conforms to the quality of design. Quality of Performance: It is concerned with how well the manufactured product gives its performance. It depends on q of Design and q of Conformance Quality control: “Control” may be defined as the process in which we observe the actual performance, compare it with some standard and if there if there is any deviation, necessary corrective actions are taken. Items are made at various qualities: normal, good, great, flawless, epic, and legendary. Higher quality items are more rare. Items are most often made at normal quality, although most early recipes can be mastered to always produce good or great items. According to the developers, quality is determined by two factors. The first is based on the sum of the Mastery of each of your workers (not just the ones related to the item being crafted). If you beat this roll, then a second roll determines what quality item was really crafted. Also, when a recipe is upgraded to a higher quality in this way, you also have the option of spending gems to advance the quality one level further. For instance, if you get a Flawless item, you could spend gems to upgrade that item to Epic. This is not a good way to spend gems if you are going to sell the item to one of your customers, but it is a good way to achieve powerful, unbreakable gear for your adventurers. Epic gear within one level of a hero's level and Legendary gear within three levels of a hero's level will have a 0% chance to break. For this reason, if a hero levels up, it is a good idea to check their gear and make sure you aren't risking epic and legendary gear if you send them on quests. Once a hero reaches maximum level (25 for tier 1 heroes), you can begin to look for what is commonly referred to as permanents or permas for short, which are special version of Unbreakables. This will give a great deal of power for the adventurer without risk of loss. Quality is most often seen as a color code in tooltips for items and battle pets.
