The Most Interesting Man In The World (A.K.A. Quisor Jiei) is a very interesting politician. He doesn't usually care when people vote for him, but when he does, he makes sure they're voting so they can have munchies for everyone. He is very interesting. He doesn't usually listen to stoner rock, but when he does, he smokes the Mexican brick weed.

right|300px When Lois goes out with Bonnie, she tells Peter to take Stewie to the park. Bored, Peter decides to sneak off to The Drunken Clam, but when Lois calls him at the bar, he rushes out to grab him and takes the wrong child. Arriving home, he realizes he took the wrong child but has to pretend he is when Lois arrives home. He tries to cover things up but Lois finds out just as another woman arrives with Stewie. Peter tries to gloss things over but Lois calls him an idiot, hurting his feelings. left|300px Commiserating with the guys at the bar, Quagmire suggests Peter broaden his horizons. He takes over a business trip to Chicago and takes advantage of a short meeting to visit Chicago's cultural offerings. He makes many more business trips, picking up more learning until he finally returns home refined and cultured, surprising his family. However, the new Peter begins to cramp the usual family entertainment, replacing the television with a bookcase. He also annoys the guys with his new attitude. Brian finds Lois sneaking television and she admits that Peter has become a nightmare and didn't make her feel dumb before. She decides to send him to the dumbest places and packs him off to Tucson. When he returns, he is back to normal.
