Kir could refer to: * Kir (city), the city on Vulcan, home to the silent monks * Kir (Brenari), one of the Brenari refugees in the Delta Quadrant Kir was the nezumi term for Shaman. Kir is a young woman, older than 18 years, in Children of the Corn V. She was played by Eva Mendez. She goes with a group of teenagers, who want to pay respects to a dead friend of theirs. That friend is her boyfriend and she cannot cope with her boyfriend´s death, whom she loved very much and also wanted to marry. Her inability to cope becomes even stronger, when she later finds out through Alllison he commited suicide. After encountering the cult she therefore gradually becomes a member of the death cult driven by her rising sucidal tendencies because of his death. She later fully joins the cult of He who walks behind the Rows and sacrifices herself to him fulfilling her wish of commiting suicide on the way. Kir is a type M5V star with an associated star system located in the space of the Romulan Star Empire, in the Alpha Quadrant. The Kir system is located in the general vicinity of Yatil in the Aruva sector. (Last Unicorn RPG module: The Way of D'era: The Romulan Star Empire) Kir, a Bresa, is Lieutenant Commander Sil's most trusted subordinate and confidant. Kir is a Lieutenant in the Imperial_Navy, although his duties would more properly be described as those of a "Marine." Kir functions as Sil's Chief-of-Staff when Sil is performing off-ship duties assigned to him by The Empire or Captain Marks. Kir is a seasoned professional warrior, an expert marksman, and a brutally efficient hand-to-hand combatant. Kir is very protective of Sil and will not hesitate to become aggressive if he feels that Sil is in danger. Kir has a very sharp and active sense of humor, which he constantly displays, no matter the circumstances or the people who are present. Kir likes to joke while in combat, and in tense situations, such as during an interrogation. In Kir's own words... "It keeps the enemy off balance." Kir is constantly annoyed by the attention of Lina, Sil's Coreate Security Officer. Lina adores Kir, and loves to sleep on Kir's back or on the top of Kir's head, at every opportunity. Kir is a bit of a "Philanderer" with humanoid females, and is known to occasionally purchase the services of humanoid prostitutes. Kir will drink alcohol, but he will not get drunk under any circumstances. Kir considers his duty to Sil to be a 24-hour-per-day obligation. She is older than eighteen. She goes with a group of teenagers, who want to pay respects to a dead friend of theirs. That friend is her boyfriend. She loved him very much and wanted to marry him. Her inability to cope with his death becomes even stronger, when she later finds out through Alllison he commited suicide, something she withheld from her.
