Sam Fisher Sam Fisher Sam Fisher
rdfs:comment
Sam Fisher was born in 1957 where he was losing his family members in 1960s except for Sarah Fisher. Sam Fisher had joined the Navy SEALs in 1980s for his own motivations of the Navy SEALs. Sam was recruited by Third Echelon in 2000s, operated by Colonel Iviring Lambert, a U.S. Army officer and NSA's Third Echelon director. Samuel Fisher is the main character in the Splinter Cell series of games based on the world endorsed (not authored) by Tom Clancy. Samuel "Sam" Fisher (LCDR, USN-Ret.), callsign: Panther, is a former senior field intelligence operative of the "Splinter Cell" program for Third Echelon, an ultra-secret sub-branch within the National Security Agency (NSA) that anticipated and responded to crises of information warfare ("a war that is hidden from the media and the ordinary man on the street"). His job usually involved him dismantling and sabotaging terrorist organizations in various parts of the world that have plans for global terror. Fisher is a master in the art of stealth, trained in various undercover and covert infiltration tactics. He not only specializes in night-time combat but in urban warfare tactics and fieldcraft-related skills as well. He is also highly trained in Krav Maga and can speak and understand (and Samuel "Sam" Fisher is the main protagonist and player character of the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series of video games developed and published by Ubisoft and endorsed by Tom Clancy. Fisher was created by JT Petty and designed by Martin Caya. He was voiced by Michael Ironside in all the Splinter Cell games from the first to Conviction. In Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Eric Johnson is the performance capture and voice actor for the role. Sam Fisher is the hero of the Splinter Cell series, the first Tom Clancy games not to be based on (or at least named after) one of his novels. As with nearly all Clancy heroes, Sam is a member of a government anti-terrorism organisation so secret that nobody is allowed to know it exists, in this case the daftly named Third Echelon (which should at least strike a little more fear into the heart of an armed Tango than 'Rainbow'). His night-vision goggles make him look like some sort of three-glowing-eyed X-Men wannabe. Samuel "Sam" Fisher is the main protagonist and player character of the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series of video games, novels and comic books developed and published by Ubisoft and endorsed by Tom Clancy. Fisher was created by JT Petty and designed by Martin Caya. He was initially voiced by actor Michael Ironside in all the Splinter Cell games from the first to Conviction. In Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Eric Johnson is the performance capture actor for the role.

n31:abstract
He is also highly trained in Krav Maga and can speak and understand (and occasionally can also read) a wide variety of foreign languages including Russian, French, German, Korean, Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, and Spanish among others. Throughout his illustrious career, Fisher has been sent on numerous missions of uncovering and preventing mass murder, genocide, warfare, and world conflicts. From his mission of preventing a digital crisis, to his mission of stopping terrorists unleashing a chemical weapon, and his objective of preventing World War III, his life as a dangerous double agent, a wanted man on the run from Third Echelon, working as a freelance covert operative, taking security contracts from a private military company, to now commanding an elite "blacker-than-black" Special Ops group known as "Fourth Echelon", comprised of an elite small team of special operators and counter intelligence agents that report directly and only to the President of the United States. Sam is not held in very high regard on Board 8, as his games are considered to be inferior to the Metal Gear Solid series, and Fisher himself isn't nearly as badass as Solid Snake. Samuel "Sam" Fisher is the main protagonist and player character of the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series of video games developed and published by Ubisoft and endorsed by Tom Clancy. A former Navy SEAL operator and CIA clandestine operative, Fisher is a former field agent of the "Splinter Cell" program for Third Echelon, a top-secret initiative within the National Security Agency (NSA). In Blacklist, Fisher became the commander of a covert unit called Fourth Echelon. Samuel Fisher is the main character in the Splinter Cell series of games based on the world endorsed (not authored) by Tom Clancy. A former decorated Navy SEAL operator and CIA paramilitary ops/clandestine officer, Fisher was once a member of Third Echelon, a top-secret initiative within the National Security Agency (NSA), where he successfully carried out ultra-secret missions as the very first field operative of the initiative's "Splinter Cell" program. In Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Fisher became the commander of a covert unit called Fourth Echelon after he briefly carried out missions for Paladin Nine Security, a PMC headed by his old friend and fellow ex-Navy SEAL Victor Coste.
