Groundhog Day var en populär film på Jorden där en tid loop. Medan instängd i en tid loop av Malakai, Överste Jonathan J. O'Neill frågade Malakai om han försöker bli kungen av Groundhog Day. (SG1: "Window of Opportunity") "Groundhog Day" was used as an expression by both Rose Tyler and the Seventh Doctor to indicate the experience of being caught in a time loop. (COMIC: Interstellar Overdrive, AUDIO: No Man's Land) Groundhog Day was a popular movie on Earth involving a time loop. While trapped in a time loop by Malakai, Colonel Jack O'Neill asked Malikai if he was attempting to become the king of Groundhog Day. (SG1: "Window of Opportunity") Groundhog Day is a holiday which occurs on February 2, based on the concept that if a groundhog emerges without seeing his shadow on that day, it predicts an early spring. If the rodent sees his shadow and retreats into the hole, winter will last another six weeks. Groundhog Day is another attempt of the Catholic Church to steal the thunder from pagan gods, through the use of groundhogs seeing shadows. I, myself, HATE Groundhog Day. See Christmas and Easter. Groundhog Day is a real world event and a special event in Animal Crossing for the Nintendo GameCube. It takes place on the 2nd of February and is supposed to tell you whether or not the winter snow will last for weeks or if it'll end shortly. Because there are no groundhogs in the player's village, Mr. Resetti appears instead. Be sure to enjoy the show near the wishing well at 9 A.M., though the player can converse with the villagers about the event who'll show up at 7 A.M. After the event has ended, the player can talk to Tortimer for a rare gift, called the Flower Model. In the film, Murray plays Phil Connors, an egocentric Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania TV weatherman who, during a hated assignment covering the annual Groundhog Day event (February 2) in Punxsutawney, finds himself repeating the same day over and over and over again. Subsequent to his indulging in all manner of hedonistic pursuits, he begins to reexamine his life and priorities. In December 2006, Groundhog Day was one of 25 films that were added to the National Film Registry. Groundhog Day, also known as Mole Day, is an event in the Animal Crossing series. This holiday was left out of Wild World. However, it returns in City Folk and all games since.

(SG1: "Window of Opportunity") Groundhog Day was a popular movie on Earth involving a time loop. While trapped in a time loop by Malakai, Colonel Jack O'Neill asked Malikai if he was attempting to become the king of Groundhog Day. (SG1: "Window of Opportunity") Groundhog Day is another attempt of the Catholic Church to steal the thunder from pagan gods, through the use of groundhogs seeing shadows. I, myself, HATE Groundhog Day. See Christmas and Easter. Groundhog Day, also known as Mole Day, is an event in the Animal Crossing series. This holiday was left out of Wild World. However, it returns in City Folk and all games since. Groundhog Day is a holiday which occurs on February 2, based on the concept that if a groundhog emerges without seeing his shadow on that day, it predicts an early spring. If the rodent sees his shadow and retreats into the hole, winter will last another six weeks. The concept, and idea of a groundhog as a weather forecaster, comes from German settlers in Pennsylvania (in either the 18th or 19th centuries). Thus, in Pennsylvania, many Groundhog Day celebrations are essentially cultural festivals embracing German heritage, language, and food. Across the United States of America, however, the day is primarily seen as a moment of anticipation while awaiting the groundhog's result (a task now largely delegated to Punxsutawney Phil, also of Pennsylvania).
