Woot the Wanderer
rdfs:comment
Woot the Wanderer is a vagabond child of Oz, originally from a far corner of the Gillikin Country. Woot is a pleasant-looking boy, or young man, of uncertain age. He is unusually independent, even for the children of Oz. He grew bored with his home, family, and acquaintances, finding them dismally stupid in their comfortable, quiet, happy lives. He set out to find strange people and see new sights. After a year of wandering, he reached the Tin Castle of the Winkie Emperor, and met the Tin Woodman and Scarecrow. They proceeded on an adventure of their own. Woot the Wanderer is a vagabond child of Oz, originally from a far corner of the Gillikin Country.

Afterward, Princess Ozma of Oz granted Woot her permission to continue his wandering ways; she promised to watch over his future journeys and to protect him when necessary, if she could. Woot the Wanderer is a vagabond child of Oz, originally from a far corner of the Gillikin Country.
