Unicorns
rdfs:comment
The unicorn is a legendary creature that has been described since antiquity as a beast with a single large, pointed, spiraling horn projecting from its forehead. The unicorn was depicted in ancient seals of the Indus Valley Civilization and was mentioned by the ancient Greeks in accounts of natural history by various writers, including Ctesias, Strabo, Pliny the Younger, and Aelian. The Bible also describes an animal, the re'em, which some versions translate as unicorn. A unicorn suckled the baby who became a giant in The Knight of the Parrot. Unicorns were introduced after Earth ponies in the original My Little Pony toy line. In previous animated series, they possessed the ability to teleport magically or "wink out" but did not ordinarily have any other magical powers. Unicorns are referenced in the first book when Seth makes fun of Kendra only wanting to see a unicorn. Actual evidence of a unicorn is first mentioned in the third book, Grip of the Shadow Plague, where the horn of a unicorn protects Grunhold from evil and darkness. In Secrets of the Dragon Sanctuary, the same unicorn horn must be obtained from the centaurs of Grunhold in order to open the gates of Wyrmroost, the Dragon preserve. Unicorns are mythical creatures who have often appeared in The Fairly OddParents. They are horses with one horn in the center of their foreheads. They are said to have magical properties. Unicorns are horses with horns spiraling from the middle of their foreheads. Kintarian Unicorns look exactly like your basic unicorn except that they tend to come in more colors and are telepathic. Unicorns (`unicorn) are one of the premium Mythical avatars available for players from the Digo Market. Unicorns are also one of the races that populates Elfhelm. Lady Gaga believes that unicorns are beautiful mythological creatures that she feels represent her beliefs in a way. Unicorns are a species of horse with a horn on their foreheads. In the She-Ra universe they also have wings. They actually evolved from BreadFish! NO THEY ARE BREADFISH THEY EAT BREADFISH The Unicorns are mythological creatures who are antagonists of Sir Bruce. The Unicorns are a group of bros who love partying and being crazy. They first appear in the episode "The Unicorns Have Got to Go". Unicorns are one of the many magical creatures who inhabit the forest of Athel Loren. The appear much like horses although are larger and more powerful; a single, straight horn protrudes from their heads. Beyond appearances, Unicorns are far weirder still. Unicorns are magical creatures and are, somewhat paradoxically, highly resistant to magic and other sorcerous beings. For unknown reasons, Unicorns are attracted to the company of female wizards. Unicorn ivory is a highly desired magical commodity. Many a hunter has met their end in the pursuit of this majestic creature. Unicorns are horses with a horn directly on the center of thier forehead. A long time ago, Unicorns were common, but died out when humans cut off thier horns and used them as remides for the sick. The unicorn is a race that likes to heal living things. It is normally very friendly and lives with other races such as elves or fae. They like to live in forests or relaxing places in nature. They are very peaceful and normally white or a light shade of another colour. In Houses of the Holy, Sam and Dean have an argument on the existence of angels. During the argument Dean compare their existence to the existence of unicorns. The Unicorn is a very pure and beautiful creature amongst the living beings. They are known for the great rapidity they possess and are rarely seen by humans. Unicorns are the Symbol for purity and untamed force. Its distinguishing feature is a long twisted horn, which is growing from his forehead, spiral pointed ending. It serves him as a last resort as a weapon. Because unicorns avoid conflicts but still sometimes it can happen, this is however very rare. These animals are very shy and avoid human contact. Unfortunately, there are people with the superstition that the horn possess healing powers that exceed all herbs. So the creature was often chased by hunters for it’s power. As bait a virgin maid was often used, as the Unicorns cherish a certain solidarity with these women. Luckily thi Unicorns are first introduced in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. When Harry, Hermione, Ron and Draco serve their detention with Hagrid in the Forbidden Forest, it is their task to find a wounded unicorn. Harry and Draco end up finding the creature dead, while a hooded figure is drinking its blood. Harry's scar burns upon seeing the figure, but he is rescued by the centaur Firenze who leads him safely back to Hagrid. Unicorns are horned horses who can transform to have two legs. More is known about them from Neighthan Rot. They have healing powers with their horns. Not much else is known about them, however. Rare and incredibly valuable for the magic possessed in their horns, unicorns only show themselves to those they find worthy. They look a great deal like slender, pure white horses, save for the single spiral horn that rises from their foreheads. A unicorn horn is the ultimate magical artifact for purification, driving out any curses or poisons. Unicorns are creatures of magic, resembling white horses with a long horn on their foreheads. Majestic and intelligent, unicorns are ironically unhappy with their existence. Long ago, a wizard, disappointed by the unicorns, cursed the entire species. They were forced to kill all their females, and any kind of sexual energy now horrifies them. This is of course why they are used to test if someone is still a virgin. Where they can be found is unknown. The Avatar meets only one unicorn, more below.

Fanciful stories of these creatures abound in rural areas. The unicorn appears as a splendid, young, white stallion with a single great horn rising from its head. Legends tell of how only those who are truly virtuous may approach a unicorn. Unicorn sightings are rare - so rare in fact that most serious scholars deny their existence.

Unicorns are first introduced in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Unicorns (`unicorn) are one of the premium Mythical avatars available for players from the Digo Market. In European folklore, the unicorn is often depicted as a white horse-like or goat-like animal with a long horn and cloven hooves (sometimes a goat's beard). In the Middle Ages and Renaissance, it was commonly described as an extremely wild woodland creature, a symbol of purity and grace, which could only be captured by a virgin. In the encyclopedias its horn was said to have the power to render poisoned water potable and to heal sickness. In medieval and Renaissance times, the tusk of the narwhal was sometimes sold as unicorn horn. A unicorn suckled the baby who became a giant in The Knight of the Parrot. In The Once and Future King the children of Queen Morgause hunt a unicorn to try and please their mother, but Agravain becomes angry and kills it. Unicorns are horned horses who can transform to have two legs. More is known about them from Neighthan Rot. They have healing powers with their horns. Not much else is known about them, however. The Unicorns are a group of bros who love partying and being crazy. They first appear in the episode "The Unicorns Have Got to Go". Unicorns were introduced after Earth ponies in the original My Little Pony toy line. In previous animated series, they possessed the ability to teleport magically or "wink out" but did not ordinarily have any other magical powers. Unicorns originate from the writings of the Hellenic Period of Greek history. They were considered to be part of India's native fauna. During the Middle Ages, unicorns were linked to several animals, among them the rhinoceros, the oryx and the mammoth. According to medieval legends, unicorns permitted virgins to ride on their backs, while subsequently killing impostors. In modern times, unicorns have become associated with magic and beauty. Monoceros (Latin: Unicorn) is a constellation in the celestial equator, and one of the 88 modern constellations. Unicorns are also one of the races that populates Elfhelm. Luckily this hunt now became very rare, since the forests of Alewor, where these animals live, have well-guarded borders. However, it is not until the fifth and final book, Keys to the Demon Prison, that unicorns are actually involved within the story. Bracken is a unicorn trapped in avatar form ever since he gave up his third horn. The horn held in reverence by the centaurs at Fablehaven]] is Bracken's first horn, and the stem of the Font of Immortality is actually Bracken's third horn. Towards the end of the fifth book, it is revealed that Bracken is the son of the Fairy Queen and King, both of whom are unicorns like their son and not actual fairies. They actually evolved from BreadFish! NO THEY ARE BREADFISH THEY EAT BREADFISH Unicorns are mythical creatures who have often appeared in The Fairly OddParents. They are horses with one horn in the center of their foreheads. They are said to have magical properties. Unicorns are horses with horns spiraling from the middle of their foreheads. Kintarian Unicorns look exactly like your basic unicorn except that they tend to come in more colors and are telepathic. Lady Gaga believes that unicorns are beautiful mythological creatures that she feels represent her beliefs in a way. Legend states that a unicorn can only be subdued by a virgin and anyone else who attempts to approach one will either drive the beast off or be killed. A few royal houses have items they believe to have been made of unicorn ivory, but this has never been proven. No reliable accounts have ever been offered of anyone managing to succesfully hunt or capture a unicorn. In Houses of the Holy, Sam and Dean have an argument on the existence of angels. During the argument Dean compare their existence to the existence of unicorns. The Unicorns are mythological creatures who are antagonists of Sir Bruce. Unicorns are a species of horse with a horn on their foreheads. In the She-Ra universe they also have wings.
