Jak Olren was a Jedi Padawan who lived four thousand years before the Rise of the Empire. He was talkative, in some cases to the point of being annoying, and was always eager to get things done. He had a best friend growing up, a Trandoshan Padawan named Nalrik J'tarr. When he was thirty years old, ten years after the Jedi Civil War, he faced off against a Sith Lord who he soon figured out to be Nalrik, now renamed "Darth Echo". He did not survive the reunion.
