Jeremy Burton is the name of a young cat supposedly kidnapped by the Brotherhood of Metallix. For some reason, the child had been out in Lower Metropolis at midnight before being captured by a Metallix. The crime turned out to be perpetrated by the Doctor Robotnik Appreciation Tribe who managed to lure Tails to their hideout, aiming to kill him. Although Burton wasn't seen again during the story, it can be assumed he was rescued when the police arrived at the scene and freed the hostages.
